Decision Lab continues to expand with five new high calibre consultants

Market research company Decision Lab, continues to extend its presence in Southeast Asia with the employment of five new market research consultants.

The recruitment drive reflects the considerable growth of the Ho Chi Minh City based company as it continues with its mission to make market research agile, connected and decision focussed.

Decision Lab Founder Thue Thomasen said:

“Every year Decision Lab searches for the brightest talents to join its fast growing team. Team members must all have the ability to apply in-depth understanding to our clients' evolving challenges, work with the newest technologies in market research and, first and foremost, show remarkable analytical skills.

Not only was the sheer volume of applicants impressive, but also the calibre, with top graduates from the world’s best universities including Durham, LSE, Southampton and Victoria University of Wellington.

As well as speaking fluent English and Vietnamese, the selected graduates also possessed fearless decision making skills, an aptitude for creative problem solving and a thirst for driving change. Now they will start an intense Bootcamp as part of their ongoing learning process.”

The Bootcamp

To ensure the graduates perform at their highest potential they will undergo a Market Research Consultant Bootcamp where they will get a comprehensive introduction to General understand of research methodology, Decision Lab's solutions, the Online Community and many other areas while conducting a mock research project.

18 month training period

Decision Lab is dedicated to the ongoing training and professional excellence of its employees which is why the five new market researchers are now signed up to an 18 month programme.

This (and the bootcamp) must be completed before they graduate as consultants. Every six months the graduates will join a new team in order to graduate as generalists with the ability to advice clients from a strong research foundation.
