At Decision Lab, our mission is to empower organisations to make better decisions through innovative market research and behavioural science. To achieve this, we continuously invest in new talent through our annual Market Research Consultant (MRC) program—designed to nurture the next generation of market research professionals.
This year, we are proud to welcome seven exceptional young talents to Decision Lab as part of the MRC 2025 batch.
The new consultants join us from top universities in Vietnam and abroad, including Foreign Trade University, Fulbright University Vietnam, International University – VNU-HCMC, RMIT University, and the University of British Columbia.
They bring with them diverse academic backgrounds and practical experiences, ranging from economics and international business to data science and psychology. What unites them is a shared passion for understanding consumers, generating insights, and helping organisations navigate complex markets.
The journey begins with a 2.5-week intensive bootcamp, where new consultants gain a comprehensive introduction to Decision Lab’s methodologies, solutions, and platforms, as well as hands-on exposure to our Online Panel and proprietary tools.
The bootcamp culminates in a mock research project, giving participants the chance to apply what they’ve learned in a real-life scenario—testing their problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills.
Afterwards, the consultants embark on an 18-month program with rotations across our strategic verticals: Finance practice, Experience Economy, Education & FMCG & Agencies, as well as various projects. This structure ensures they build a solid research foundation, sharpen analytical and consulting skills, and gain exposure to a wide range of industries and clients.
By the end of the program, they graduate as well-rounded generalists with the ability to advise clients confidently and effectively.
As these new Labsters begin their journey, they represent the future of market research at Decision Lab. With their energy, curiosity, and commitment, they will play a vital role in helping us deliver impactful insights and decision-focused solutions for our clients.
