• Vietcombank holds the top spot. Vietcombank leads with an Index score of 30.2, ahead of MB (28.3) and BIDV (22.1) — the top three all retain their positions, reaffirming their brand strength and customer trust.
• VPBank is the standout climber. VPBank was the only bank to rise two ranks into the top ten, reaching 10.5 and overtaking Agribank (10.2) and Sacombank (10.1); Techcombank (19.4) also climbed one spot to fourth, passing VietinBank.
• UOB leads the improvers. UOB (+0.6) topped the Top Improvers table after absorbing Citibank's retail operations in Vietnam, while ACB (+0.2) ranked second most improved even as many rivals' scores declined.
