The Connected Consumer - 2nd quarter of 2020

This is the latest installment of Decision Lab's  quarterly study starting in 2019. The study focuses on consumers’ online habits, including social media usage, entertainment consumption (music, movies, online videos), as well as online shopping. This quarter we also add e-commerce sites and ride-hailing apps to our tracking.
