Notably, 51% of users appreciate the multimedia toolbar, distinguishing it from PC users and demonstrating how Coc Coc tailors its offerings to enhance the mobile browsing experience.

User preferences highlight Coc Coc’s popularity
Instead of relying on a single browser, users are now opting for a broader range of options when browsing the Internet. On average, each consumer uses two applications across both PC and mobile platforms. Google Chrome leads as the top browser, preferred by 64% of PC users and 62% of mobile users, while Coc Coc holds the second position for PC browsing with 23% of users and ranks third for mobile with 9%. This is an impressive achievement, especially considering that Coc Coc competes directly with global browsers like Google Chrome and Safari. Coc Coc’s competitive standing highlights its growing appeal across both PC and mobile segments.

In PC browsing, Coc Coc stands out with some superior features. Notably, 6 out of 10 users value its ad-blocking feature, compared to 4 out of 10 for Chrome. Additionally, Coc Coc’s integrated video downloading feature is rated highly by 75% of users, surpassing Chrome’s 68%. These features make Coc Coc an appealing option for those seeking a seamless, convenient and tailored browsing experience.

In mobile browsing, Coc Coc is favoured for its ad-blocking feature standing out as a key strength, positioning it as a strong alternative to the two leading global browsers. Nearly 70% of users rate Coc Coc highly for ad-blocking, outperforming both Chrome and Safari, which score 42%.

This is a noteworthy achievement, given that Coc Coc competes directly with global giants like Google Chrome and Safari. Coc Coc's competitive position highlights its increasing appeal in both the PC and mobile markets.

Coc Coc matches Chrome in user recommendations

Coc Coc’s performance doesn’t just shine in usage statistics; it also stands out in terms of user recommendations. Research from Decision Lab shows that the browser has garnered a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 53 on PC, securing the second position behind Chrome. Interestingly, despite lower usage on mobile compared to Chrome and Safari, Coc Coc has the highest NPS score of 66 on mobile. This level of willingness to recommend, as indicated by NPS scores, highlights Coc Coc’s strong connection with its user base, reinforcing its credibility and trustworthiness in a competitive market.

Winning the hearts of Gen Z

One of the most notable trends in the report is Coc Coc’s growing popularity among Gen Z consumers. Although Google Chrome remains the preferred platform across all generations, it is less favoured by Gen Z for PC browsing. In contrast, Coc Coc has widespread popularity among Gen Z for both PC and mobile browsing. As Thue Quist Thomasen, CEO of Decision Lab, notes, “Coc Coc’s ability to innovate and offer user-centric features has allowed it to rapidly close the gap with global competitors.” This trend highlights Coc Coc’s potential to capture the younger, tech-savvy audience.
