The MRC program aims to nurture the next generation of market research professionals by providing them with intensive training and hands-on experience within our thriving consultancy. This year, we are excited to welcome six exceptional individuals to our team as Market Research Consultants.

Meet the new MRC of the 2024
In 2024, Decision Lab witnessed a remarkable surge in applications for our MRC Program, with the number of submissions from young talents doubling compared to the previous year. Following a rigorous four-round selection process, we identified and selected the six most talented and promising candidates, who bring valuable experience working in both international and domestic companies across Vietnam. These six consultants’ fresh perspectives, unique skill sets, and passion for market research will help propel Decision Lab forward as we continue to deliver high-quality insights and strategic guidance to our clients.
Embark on a rigorous bootcamp and an 18-month intensive training to become an expert
The journey to becoming a top-tier market research consultant at Decision Lab begins with an intensive two-and-a-half-week bootcamp. During this time, our new consultants have gained a comprehensive introduction to Decision Lab's solutions, research methodology, Online Community platform, and much more. This bootcamp sets the foundation for their success, preparing them the knowledge and tools they need to excel in their roles.
At the end of the bootcamp, consultants will conduct a full mock-up research project, allowing us to assess their quality and determine if they are the right fit for the consultant position. This hands-on experience provides invaluable insights into their problem-solving abilities, critical thinking skills, and adaptability – all crucial attributes for any successful consultant.
Following the bootcamp, our consultants have embarked on an intensive 18-month program designed to accelerate their expertise and provide them with practical experience across a wide range of projects and clients. They will work alongside seasoned consultants from different functions, learning from their experience and gaining exposure to various research methodologies and industries.
Moving forward
Upon completing both the bootcamp and the 18-month program, the consultants will graduate as well-rounded generalists with a strong research foundation and the ability to advise clients with confidence. They will have developed a keen understanding of market research best practices, honed their analytical skills, and gained valuable experience working with a diverse range of clients and industries.
But their journey doesn't end there. At Decision Lab, we believe in the power of continuous learning and development. Our graduates will continue to receive ongoing training and support throughout their careers, ensuring they stay at the forefront of industry trends and best practices.
