The role

As a Business Development Executive, you will be driving the growth of Decision Lab’s business, offering clients our customized and innovative marketing research solutions to help them achieve their business objectives. You will work closely with your line manager to generate new business for different verticals (from FMCG and F&B to eCommerce and Fintech, including technology companies, such as Meta and Google).

As a core member of the Business Development team, you will be working towards reaching an individual target, you will be tasked with:

  • Actively identifying new potential customers to offer our customized & innovative solutions
  • Proactively prospecting, identifying, qualifying and exploring new potential business opportunities through CRM system, social platforms, cold calling, emails and networking
  • Processing all marketing qualified leads by following up with suitable content to demonstrate our understanding of consumers 
  • Actively preparing for business meetings (desk research, taking key notes, sending meeting minutes,...)
  • Actively learning and understanding client's business objectives and proposing the right solutions to cater to their needs
  • Taking part in designing research proposals and liaising with the research team to deliver top-quality solutions to clients
  • Preparing presentations of our solutions to potential clients
  • Managing different stakeholders in a project and ensuring the quality of the project from the beginning to the delivery stage

Skill and qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Graduated in Marketing / Business or relevant majors
  • Strong positive energy, drive, and enthusiasm balanced with patience and persistence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English
  • Possess a CAN-DO attitude, ability to work in teams and the desire to join an international start-up
  • Demonstrate strong interests in market research, data-driven insight and B2B sales solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and work well under pressure
  • Work comfortably with a team of other sales professionals and market researchers
  • Effective communication and organization skills are very important for this role
  • BA/BS degree required
